Payment by card

In LUCKY GLASS e-shop we accept the following payment cards through CSOB bank payment gateway:

  • MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic,
  • MaestroVISA, VISA Electron, V PAY

Our e-shop supports the highest security standard 3-D Secure when paying with a payment card.

  • the trader doesn't have access to information about the client's payment card
  • all data about payments are transmitted securely
  • if the bank supports 3-D Secure, the cardholder will be authenticated during the online transaction process (authorization)

The aim is to provide the customer and seller the same security as in the brick and mortar shop. The system of secured payments 3-D Secure is supported by two biggest card issuers VISA (Verified by VISA) and MasterCard (MasterCard SecureCode).

If the bank does not confirm your card payment, it may due to the following reasons:

  • Data from your payment card were not filled out correctly.
  • You do not have enough money on your bank account or you exceeded the limits for Internet transactions.
  • Internet transactions are not permitted on your card. In this case, please contact your bank or card company.
  • Currency of your payment does not match currency of your account or your bank does not support this currency. In this case, you need to contact your bank, inquire about supported currencies and enter your order in currency which is supported by your bank / card.

If you do not manage to solve the problem with the bank, please contact us and together we will arrange another method of payment.
